If you like hardcore, specifically NYHC, you should be familiar with both SubZero and Breakdown. 2 bands that probably should've been way bigger and SubZero - "Happiness Without Peace" is up there with genre classics like Cro-Mags "Age Of Quarrel" or Judge - "Bringin' It Down". Founding member and bassplayer Lawrence Susi let me fanboy by asking him a few questions. Legend.

DeeCracks are a melodic punk rock band hailing from Austria, based in Vienna. Blink and you may have missed their 2021 catchy as all hell album “Serious Issues” (which I incidentally sold out of prior to this interview, so feel free to order it from me!). Kicking off 2022 with Matt and Mike is pretty damn cool.

I first "met" Colin through following his Record Store called Standards. I only later made. I remember watching their videos on instagram and thinking "that dude looks familiar". It was bugging me until i pulled out my copy of Rod Of Corrections album "Lies" that i made the connection. Anyway, he's a solid dude in a great crossover band also featuring members of Take Offense and Narrows If you dig old school crossover with a New York hardcore vibe, most definitely check them out.

Haunt have become one of my favourite bands in recent years. It's traditional heavy metal played with that will appeal to fans of Thin Lizzy, early Ozzy Osbourne, Eternal Champion and King Diamond.
