Five for Five with Pat & Ray of The Decline

Five for Five with Pat & Ray of The Decline

Pat & Ray are in a band. The Decline, to be specific. If you listen to skate-punk like Millencolin & No Use For A Name & Pop-Punk like The Descendents & Teenage Bottlerocket, and haven't heard of The Decline, you've been living under a (punk) rock. Pun(k) intended!

Five For Five With Ian Varesi Of Überyou

Five For Five With Ian Varesi Of Überyou

Ian was the first person i met independently in Switzerland. Kind of. The point is, I didn't meet him through Laura. Sort of. I met him through a friend of Laura's. Whatever. I didn't know anything about him at the time, like the fact that he organises this rad punk rock festival called "Obenuse Fest", where he get's bands from all over the world to play. Five For Five With Gordy Forman of Mindsnare & Frenzal Rhomb.

I'm pretty sure he also likes that last Joy Divi - i mean, Ceremony record. Each to their own, i guess. Give me "Violence, Violence" any day of the week. Still, he's a super good dude who i'm lucky enough to call a mate.

Five for Five with Evelinn Trouble

Zurich's Evelinn Trouble has been around music her whole life.  Her mother is a Jazz Musician, and Evelinn grew up in the local squat scene. She's so far released four albums and three EP's in just over ten years (of which she's produced some herself), lived in London and she's worked with Sophie Hunger.

Five For Five with Tim Mehew & Kevin Leal of Get Dead

Five For Five with Tim Mehew & Kevin Leal of Get Dead

I'll be honest. The day/night i first hung out with the Get Dead crew is a bit of a blur. I remember spending a lot of the time with Russ & Sam (hi Russ, hi Sam- I miss ya buds!) #2drinkspecial connoisseur and singer, respectively. To say we partied would be doing a dis-service the the antics we got up to.
